Terms and conditions
Every purchase made on www.gecomexport.com is governed by the following general contract conditions which replace any previous regulation. We reserve the right to vary the following conditions and any new rules will be effective from the moment they are published on this site.
Terms of payment The choice between the payment and delivery conditions available on the site is free, but payment or delivery methods other than those indicated are not contemplated.
Acceptance of Orders To place an order you must be of legal age. Orders will only be binding for us after receiving confirmation from us via e-mail that the order process has been completed properly, payment has been authorized and the products are at least partially available. If you do not receive the confirmation email, you can contact us by writing to the email address info@gecomexport.com or by filling out the appropriate form in the contacts section.
Right of withdrawal Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalties and without giving any explanation for a period of (10) ten working days from the day you receive the products. It will be sufficient to indicate the intention to withdraw from the contract by e-mail by writing to the address info@gecomexport.com. Within the same term of (10) ten working days, the products must be received intact and in their original packaging, with the respective delivery notes. The address to which to send the products will be communicated by one of our representatives at the time of communication of the return.
Refund Method The shipment to the sender of the products is charged to the customer. Once we have received the products, we will refund the value of the goods for which the right of withdrawal was exercised within 10 working days by crediting the amount to the credit card, current account or Paypal account used to place the order. It is also possible to exchange the goods in the same way, in this case we will calculate the debit or credit difference and calculate the relative return. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the purchase of tailor-made or personalized products.

Shipping and Deliveries GECOM EXPORT SRL undertakes to deliver the available items in approximately 6-7 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
Applicable Laws All orders accepted by GECOM EXPORT SRL are understood to be completed in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
