GECOM EXPORT SRL undertakes to deliver the available items in approximately 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Two delivery attempts will be made and, in case of absence both times, the package will be left at the courier's local depot for collection. In the event of multiple shipments, the fixed contribution and the right of cash on delivery are paid only once with the first shipment of the goods, even if the momentary lack of some article makes it necessary to send several parcels.

A fixed contribution for shipping costs, the amount of which is indicated directly in the order form, is required for each order. These fees will be charged only once per order, regardless of the number of packages shipped.
GECOM EXPORT SRL doesn't ship to:
– minors without written authorization from one of the parents or whoever takes their place;
– persons subject to guardianship without the written authorization of the guardian.
Deliveries
For each order, GECOM EXPORT SRL will issue an invoice for the shipped goods, sending a copy to the e-mail address entered at the time of the order. For the data, the information declared by the customer at the time of the order is valid, pursuant to art. D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. Delivery is to be understood as street level. If you want delivery to the floor, you can request it when ordering in the notes field. The relative cost, which varies according to the weight and volume of the individual parcels, will be indicated in the order form.
Upon arrival of the courier, the customer is required to check in the presence of it that:
– The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
– The description on the packages corresponds to what is actually indicated on the transport document.
– That the packaging is intact, perfectly sealed, or otherwise altered.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or descriptions must be reported immediately to the courier, adding the wording CONTROL RESERVE FOR NOT INTACT PACKAGING, imballo bagnato o pezzi mancanti ecc. quindi sulla prova di consegna del corriere si deve specificare il motivo di tale riserva . Una volta firmato il documento del corriere, il cliente non potrà opporre alcuna contestazione circa le caratteristiche esteriori di quanto consegnato. Gruppo Tedesco Srl non sarà responsabile della merce pervenuta in colli non integri accettati senza porre la dicitura “CONTROL RESERVE FOR NOT INTACT PACKAGING”.
Any problems concerning the correspondence, completeness or physical integrity of the products received must be reported within three days of delivery by contacting our assistance service via e-mail info@gecomexport.it. For damaged goods, necessarily send digital photos to assess the extent of the damage.
In the event of non-collection within five working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order or due to refusal of the goods, the order will be automatically canceled and you will be charged for the return shipping costs, any accrued storage costs and any legal costs necessary for the recovery of the aforementioned amounts.
