TOMATO PUREE 400G – 690G – 2500G

The tomato purée is made only with fresh Italian tomatoes: the pulp is obtained from the heart of the tomatoes that grow in the fields of Southern Italy under the Italian sun and which are harvested and processed on the same day of the harvest.

The fresh tomatoes for the canned tomato puree must be hand-picked at the right stage of ripeness, with the simple addition of a pinch of salt.

The puree, thick and creamy, is also available in glass jars and is ideal for use as a base for the preparation of all dishes.
